Employees shall be in attendance at their work in accordance
with these rules and regulations and with departmental rules and regulations.
All departments shall have daily attendance records of employees which
shall be reported bi-weekly to the Personnel Director.

The normal work week will be determined by department rules.
The daily starting times will be determined by each Department Head
with the approval of the Personnel Director. The Department Head shall
have the right to establish and vary the daily working hours for each
employee to assure proper staffing of the department during the hours
it is open or operating. A schedule of these department working hours
shall be submitted to the Personnel Director each time there is a
change for approval.
