A. 
The City of Camden shall charge the following fees, which are nonrefundable, to any applicant for use of any athletic facility owned and operated and maintained by the City of Camden, pursuant to the following schedule:
(1) 
Seasonal events, up to eight weeks:
(a) 
Nonmunicipal residents or group(s): $600.
(b) 
Camden resident or municipal group(s): $400.
(c) 
City of Camden youth organizations: exempt.
(2) 
For one event:
(a) 
Nonmunicipal residents or group(s): $150.
(b) 
Camden resident or municipal group(s): $50.
(c) 
City of Camden youth organizations: exempt.
(3) 
Monitoring and equipment use. In all cases, monitoring and equipment shall be manned only by the Department of Human Services staff or the Department of Public Works staff. The applicant will be required to pay $50 per hour for any athletic field requiring monitoring during use or for the use of any City equipment. The applicant will be required to pay a $350 fee (up to seven hours) for extended use past four hours. City equipment includes but is not limited to the following: showmobile, portable rest rooms, sound equipment, score board and bleachers.
(4) 
Lighting. Athletic fields requiring lighting will be an additional cost of $200 per season or $50 for a one-day event.
B. 
Said fee shall be paid to the City of Camden prior to the commencement of any athletic or recreational endeavor.

Two representatives of any applicant organization or group must sign for said license, lease or use permit and the City shall require appropriate insurance forms or proof of insurance, holding harmless and indemnifying the City, which are to be presented prior to the issuance of any use, lease or license.
