The City of Richmond Heights hereby declares that the administration
of its personnel for all employment decisions will be made with due
regard to the City's commitment of furthering the principle of equal
employment opportunity for all individuals without regard to race,
color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, status as
a disabled veteran, or status as a Vietnam era veteran, or any other
applicable basis under Federal or State law. This policy of non-discrimination
shall prevail throughout every aspect of the City's personnel practices
including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, promoting, compensating,
