A.
A user
fee for ambulance transportation is hereby approved, adopted and established
with a maximum fee not to exceed Medicare rates. The amount of the
transportation fee shall be set, from time to time, by the City Manager.
B.
Residents
and employees of the City of Richmond Heights shall be exempt from
ambulance transportation fees.
