Section 115.240 Office Established — Duties and Qualifications of City Attorney.

A. Establishment of Office. There is hereby established the office of the City Attorney of the City of Peculiar, Missouri.

B. Duties. It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to perform such legal services and offer such counsel to the Board of Aldermen as they shall from time to time request.

C. Qualifications. The City Attorney must be a practicing attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri.
