Not later than the second (2nd) regular meeting in August the
Board of Aldermen shall ascertain the rate of levy necessary for the
current year and by ordinance, fix the rate of levy for all of the
assessed property, real and personal, within the City.

The County Collector of Cass County shall be the City Collector
for the City of Peculiar with all rights and duties as set forth by
State Law.
