Such use is subject to City business license restrictions and State regulations governing the establishment and operation of medical marijuana cultivation and/or processing facilities and such conditions as may be necessary to preserve and protect the public safety.

In District "A-1", the following accessory uses will be permitted:
All buildings and structures commonly required for the operation for any of the above uses; roadside stands offering for sale only products which are produced on the premises. There shall be no restrictions of operation of vehicles or machinery customarily incidental to such uses; of the sale or marketing of products raised on the premises, provided that any building, structure or yard hereafter constructed for the raising, feeding or housing of livestock or poultry shall be located at least five hundred (500) feet from a dwelling in "R1-40", "R1-16", "R1-8", "RCD" "R-2", "R-3" and "R-4", inclusive, and further providing that there be no feeding within five hundred (500) feet of the boundary of any District "R1-40", "R1-16", "R1-8", "RCD" inclusive.

A. 
In District "A-1", any building or structure hereinafter erected, moved or altered, the height of buildings or structures, minimum dimension of lots and yards and minimum lot and floor area permitted on any lot shall be as follows:
1. 
Height. Buildings or structures shall not exceed two and one-half (2½) stories and shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height, except on lots having a natural slope, a full three (3) stories may be exposed above grade on the downhill side. Accessory buildings or structures, such as barns and silos, whose usability is based upon certain heights may extend above these limits.
2. 
Yards.
a. 
Front yard. The depth of the front yard shall be at least sixty (60) feet from the lot line, except on collector streets and arterial streets where the minimum front yard shall be one hundred (100) feet measured from the centerline of the street.
b. 
Side yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of the building not less than twenty-five (25) feet on each side from the side lot line.
c. 
Rear yard. The depth of the rear yard shall be at least one hundred (100) feet from the rear lot line.
3. 
Corner lot. The corner lot shall maintain a front yard setback along both abutting streets. However, in those instances where lots front only one (1) of the intersecting streets within the same block, the corner lot shall maintain a front yard setback, as set forth in Subsection (2)(a) above on that street upon which the lot fronts and the setback on the other intersecting street may be reduced to not less than fifty (50) feet.
4. 
Lot width. The minimum width of a lot shall be three hundred (300) feet, provided that where a lot has less width than herein required in separate ownership at the time of the passage of this Chapter, this regulation shall not prohibit the erection of a single-family dwelling.
5. 
Lot area per family. There shall be a lot area of not less than three (3) acres per family, provided that where a lot has less area than herein required in separate ownership at the time of the passage of this Chapter, this regulation shall not prohibit the erection of a single-family dwelling.
6. 
Minimum floor area. The minimum main floor area, finished for living purposes, shall not be less than one thousand (1,000) square feet.
7. 
Lot coverage. Not applicable.
