A. 
Residential Customer Rate. There will be a mandatory fourteen dollar ($14.00) service availability charge in addition to the following rate schedule:
First 560 KWH at $0.1248
561 KWH — 10,000 KWH at $0.1012
All above 10,001 KWH at $0.1248
The above rates do not include taxes.
B. 
Commercial Customer Rate. There will be a mandatory seventeen dollar ($17.00) service availability charge in addition to the following rate schedule:
First 560 KWH at $0.1402
561 KWH — 10,000 KWH at $0.1183
All above 10,001 KWH at $0.1402
The above rates do not include taxes.
C. 
The above rates and minimum apply only in the case a bill is paid on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month. If not so paid, the gross rate, which is the net rate and minimum, plus five percent (5%), then applies. If payment is not made on or before the thirtieth (30th) of the month, service may be disconnected.
D. 
In the event of a community emergency or other extraordinary, unforeseen circumstances, the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to act within their discretion to lengthen the payment and account termination schedule set out in Section 725.100(C) and/or to waive all or part of the customer's invoiced electric charges, so long as the action taken is otherwise lawful.
E. 
In the event of an extraordinary price increase from an electric supplier to the City, because of extreme weather or other unforeseen factors, the City has the authority to bill those extraordinary price increases to the customers, subject to the discretion vested in the Mayor and City Administrator.
F. 
Net Metering Avoided Purchase Power Cost Rate. Avoided purchased power cost is calculated monthly by the City of St. Robert. The cost is calculated from the actual monthly avoided fuel cost rate on the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MJMEUC) invoice and divided by one thousand (1,000) to get the per kWt cost.

Electric service shall be deemed to be furnished to the occupant of the premises receiving the service and the City shall sue the occupant of the premises to recover any sums due for electrical service, plus a reasonable attorneys fee to be fixed by the court hearing the case.

Existing security lighting will be maintained by the City, until it is deemed that the entire light head needs to be replaced, at that time the light will be removed from the property and the monthly cost indicated below will be removed from the customer's bill.

1. 
Security Lighting is defined as lighting designed and used to discourage crime and undesirable activity.
2. 
Security Lighting should use the lowest possible illumination to effectively allow surveillance.
3. 
No new outdoor lighting will be installed or maintained on private, residential, commercial, industrial, recreational or institutional property by the City of St. Robert.
4. 
All outdoor lighting shall be aimed, located, designed, fitted and maintained so as not to present a hazard to drivers or pedestrians by impairing their ability to safely traverse and so as not to create a nuisance by projecting or reflecting objectionable light onto a neighboring property.
5. 
Outdoor lighting on existing poles located in the City's right-of-way may be faced towards the owner's private property.
6. 
The use of sensor technologies, timers or other means to activate lighting during times when it will be needed may be required by the City of St. Robert to conserve energy, provide safety, and promote compatibility between different land uses.
A. 
The City will provide the required meters, transformers, conduit, cable, and manpower necessary to supply the new construction with electricity. The materials and labor are paid for by the facility being served and are determined by the actual cost of materials and manpower.
B. 
The City will provide temporary power to the construction site upon request, for a fee as set out in Appendix A to Chapter 500.
