All charges for utility services furnished by the City of Albany
shall be due and payable on or before the twentieth (20th) of the
month following the month of their consumption. If all charges are
not paid by the twentieth (20th) of the month, collection and termination
of service shall be undertaken according to policy set by the Board
of Aldermen from time to time.

A ten percent (10%) penalty on any current unpaid balance for
utility services with a minimum penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) will
be added at a time outlined in the Utility Disconnect Policy.
