It is hereby ordered by this Title that flashing signals be installed in working condition and so maintained at the following intersections or other locations and the provisions and tenants of Section 300.165, RSMo., of the Model Traffic Code as adopted in Section 300.010 of this Title, shall fully apply to its future operation.
