In accordance with the provisions of Section 300.450, RSMo., of the Model Traffic Code adopted in Section 300.010 of this Title the following highways, streets and alleys or portions thereof, shall provide the following stipulated widths of clear, free and unimpeded freeway or travelway in the manner provided and authorized under Section 300.450, RSMo., of the Model Traffic Code adopted in Section 300.010.
