Any variation from the terms of this chapter must be granted
by action of the Town Road/Drainage Coordinator, Town Administrator
or designee and upon determination that requiring strict compliance
with the terms hereof would, owing to special circumstances, result
in practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship or not be in the interest
of the Town of Algoma.
