§ 110-34 Automatic adoption of future floodplain data and measures.

Wilson Borough Council, upon motion or resolution, may automatically adopt the most recent available flood elevation data provided by FEMA and other floodplain measures, otherwise in accordance with the minimum requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations.
