[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Slinger as Sec. 16.03 of the former Municipal Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful to sell or dispense cigarettes/tobacco products in the Village of Slinger by any means without first obtaining a license therefor. Selling or dispensing cigarettes/tobacco products under a license is not allowed at such times as the licensed place is closed.

Fees for any applications, petitions, licenses or permits shall be as set by the Village Board of the Village of Slinger by a duly enacted resolution and may be changed from time to time.
