Section 101.123, Wis. Stats., including such amendments, renumbering and recodification as may be made thereto from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference, with the exception of the maximum penalties for violation described therein.

Any person who violates this section or the state laws incorporated herein, shall be subject to the penalties and remedies as provided in § 1-2 of the Village Code, provided that any forfeiture imposed shall not be less than the minimum forfeiture described in § 101.123(8), Wis. Stats.
