A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon the grounds of the
Bel-Ridge Park or to be in or use any facilities located therein,
from thirty (30) minutes after sunset one day until thirty (30) minutes
before sunrise the next day unless a permit for such use of the premises
and/or facilities shall have been issued as provided by this Chapter.
B.
No person shall use the park or facilities for large gatherings of
ten (10) or more people without first obtaining a park use permit
from the City.

A.
The following are hereby prohibited within Gutknecht Arrowhead Park:
1.
Driving or parking a motor vehicle other than in designated
areas, parking within passing lanes or using park roadways as a through
street.
2.
Dumping trash or debris of any kind on park property.
3.
Bringing or permitting a dog on the park property except when
properly leashed.
4.
Littering.
5.
Swimming.
6.
Boating.
7.
Use of any type of firearms, bow and arrow or weapons of any
kind.
8.
Starting or using a fire other than in a facility designed for
such purpose.
9.
Cutting or damaging of trees, shrubbery or the vegetation.
10.
Depositing debris, litter, trash or refuse of any kind in lakes.
11.
Operating a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of ten (10) miles
per hour.
12.
Bands and other music without a special permit.
13.
Ice skating, sledding or walking upon any pond or lake during
winter months.
14.
Bringing glass containers into the park or having possession
of glass containers within the park or upon park property.

A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wear shoes other than tennis
or soft-soled athletic shoes on the tennis court.
B.
It shall be unlawful to possess, bring, ride, place or park any bicycle,
skateboard, roller blade or roller skate of any kind on the tennis
court.
C.
It shall be unlawful to possess or use any basketball or other non-tennis
athletic equipment on the tennis court.
