The salary of the Mayor of Vandergrift Borough, effective February
1, 1996, is hereby fixed at the sum of $600 per annum, payable in
monthly installments.

The compensation of each of the Councilmen of Vandergrift Borough
is hereby fixed at $50 per month, payable monthly, from the general
