Editor's Note: The preamble to this chapter stated that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania provides for the adoption of land subdivision regulations by boroughs and considerable study was given toward preparation of land subdivision regulations by Vandergrift Planning Commission; the Commission recommended to Council the adoption of subdivision regulations; and a public hearing was held for the purpose of informing citizens of the purpose and content of the land subdivision regulations.
