No person shall obstruct or interfere with the use by the public
of the walks laid across the public streets in the Village of South
Nyack by placing a horse, carriage, automobile or other vehicle or
any manner of obstruction upon or across said walks.
Any person, partnership or corporation who or which commits, takes part or assists in any violation of any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a Type A penalty as set forth in § 1-15 of the Village Code.
