All persons and corporations shall keep the sidewalk and gutters
in front of the premises owned or occupied by them clean and free
from papers, rags, scraps, sticks, fruit skins and from all manner
of rubbish and refuse.
Any person, partnership or corporation who or which commits, takes part or assists in any violation of any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a Type A penalty as set forth in § 1-15 of the Village Code.
