No person shall cut down or trim any shade or ornamental tree upon any public street or place in the Village of South Nyack without the permission of the Board of Trustees, except in accordance with § 302-1 of this chapter.

Any person, partnership or corporation who or which commits, takes part or assists in any violation of any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a Type A penalty as set forth in § 1-15 of the Village Code.
