It shall be the duty of the police serving the Borough of Glen
Osborne, upon view or upon information made and warrant issued, to
arrest all persons who may be found engaged in or charged with carrying
concealed weapons, violating the public peace, disorderly conduct,
lewd, indecent or lascivious behavior on the streets or other public
places, creating riots or gambling, and all vagrants, common street
beggars, habitual disturbers of the peace, known or reputed pickpockets,
burglars, thieves, persons who practice any trick, game or device
with intent to swindle, persons who abuse their families and suspicious
persons who can give no reasonable account of themselves, and bring
the same before the District Justice, and upon conviction of any said
offenses, said persons shall be punished by a fine of not more than
$600 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.

It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to engage in
disorderly conduct within the Borough of Glen Osborne, County of Allegheny
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disorderly conduct is hereby
prohibited within the limits of said Borough.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
The conduct of any person or persons who, by act or order,
cause or tend to cause a disturbance of the peace and good order of
this Borough, or cause or tend to cause any danger, discomfort or
annoyance to any of the inhabitants of this Borough or users of this
Borough's thoroughfares; or who shall willfully make any loud,
boisterous or unseemly noise or disturbance; or who shall fight or
quarrel or incite others to fight or quarrel; or who publicly make
use of obscene or indecent language; or who shall loaf or loiter or
congregate upon any of the public streets, roads, lanes, avenues or
alleys or public grounds in the Borough of Glen Osborne to the annoyance
of peaceable residents nearby or traveling upon any of said streets,
roads, lanes, avenues or alleys or being lawfully upon any of the
public grounds in this Borough; or who make or cause to have made
undue or unusual noise through the indiscriminate use of motors or
motor-driven equipment before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., prevailing
time, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed; all of which
foregoing shall be construed and considered as "disorderly conduct"
within the meaning and intent of this article.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine
of not more than $600 and costs, of prosecution, and in default of
payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than
30 days.
