"The grantee hereby acknowledges that there are presently, or
may in the future be, farm uses in proximity to the described premises
from which farm may emanate noise, odors, dust, and fumes associated
with agricultural practices permitted under the Delaware Township
'Right to Farm' ordinance, and, by acceptance of this conveyance,
the grantee hereby does waive any right to bring any cause of action
in law and equity seeking relief from and damages for such activities."
