[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Grafton as Title 9, Part III, Ch. 9.32, of the 1979 Code. Amendments

The following are specifically declared to be public nuisances
offending public morals and decency:
A. All
gambling devices, slot machines and punchboards;
B. All
houses kept for the purpose of prostitution or promiscuous sexual
intercourse, gambling houses, houses of ill fame and bawdy houses;
C. All
indecent or obscene pictures, books, pamphlets, magazines and newspapers,
except such items which are kept for personal use in the privacy of
such person's home.
No person shall, within the Village, cause or create a public
morals or decency nuisance or permit such nuisance to remain on premises
owned or occupied by him.
