Any and all roads to be hereinafter accepted as part of the Town road system shall be required to meet the following specifications:
A. 
Minimum right-of-way shall be four rods.
B. 
Minimum width of roadbed shall be 30 feet.
C. 
Minimum width of hard surface (bituminous) to be 20 feet, over a gravel base of 1,000 yards per mile, for an average depth of four inches.
D. 
Such bridges and/or culverts as deemed necessary by the Town Board shall be installed.
E. 
All dead-end roads shall have a sixty-foot diameter cleared turnaround area.
F. 
All cuts and fills shall have no less than a one-to-one grade.
G. 
All roads shall meet approval by inspection of the Town Board and the County Highway Dept.
H. 
Roadways shall be stumped and brushed to a width of 40 feet.

The maximum grade on hills shall be 8% to 11%.

Minimum width of surface area shall be 24 feet over a minimum of four inches compacted gravel base.

No stumps or brush shall be allowed to be buried within the right-of-way.

L. 
Proper culverts on all watercourses.
