Town of Arbor Vitae, WI Article IV Roads or Driveways Entering Town Roads

§ 290-12 Approval of private roads or driveways required.

That all roads, whether private roads, private driveways or public roads must have approval of the Town Board before entering any existing Town road. No roadways may cross Town road right-of-way without Town Board approval. No person may excavate, install any culvert or make any other alterations without first making application for placement. After said application is completed and a field inspection is completed by a representative of the Town of Arbor Vitae, the application will be presented to the Town Chair or a designee of the Town Chair for approval or rejection.

§ 290-13 Fines.

Fines for private roads, private driveways or public roads entering a Town road without Town Board approval shall constitute a fine of $500 in addition to $100 per day until site is restored to its original condition.
