No person shall keep any pig or hog at any place within the
Borough, nor shall any person maintain any pig pen or hog pen anywhere
in the Borough. Any person who violates any provision of this section
shall, for each violation, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 and costs, and, in default of payment
of fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Provided,
each day's continuance of a violation of any provision of this
section shall constitute a separate violation or offense.
