The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§
523-112), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§
523-113), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§
523-114), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§
523-115), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§
523-116), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§
523-117), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.

A. The intersections described in Schedule VIIIA (§
523-118A), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
B. The intersections described in Schedule VIIIB (§
523-118B), attached to and made part of this chapter, are hereby designated as multi-way stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§
523-119), attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule X (§
523-120) attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as lane use reservations and traffic shall move only as indicated.
No-passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§
523-121), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch, dated and numbered as indicated.

The locations described in Schedule XXVIII (§
523-137), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as mid-block crosswalks. It shall be lawful for pedestrians to cross at designated mid-block crosswalks.
