There is hereby created a Department of Law which shall be under
the direction of the Borough Attorney who shall be appointed pursuant
to law, and such other attorneys or employees the Mayor and Council
may determine.
The Borough Attorney shall be the chief legal advisor to the
Mayor, Council and department heads, and shall represent the Borough
in such matters and perform such legal services as the Borough may
direct.
The Borough Attorney shall receive such salary and compensation
as shall be established by ordinance.
