In no case shall one-family, two-family, or multiple-family dwellings be permitted in the M-1 District.
No building hereafter erected or structurally altered shall exceed 75 feet in height.
A. 
Side yards and rear yards. In the Light Industrial District, no side yard or rear yard shall be required except as follows:
(1) 
Where a lot abuts upon the side of a lot in the Residence District, there shall be a side yard of not less than six feet in width.
(2) 
No building or use which is excluded from the Business District shall be permitted within 20 feet of any lot in the Residence District.
B. 
Courts. In the Light Industrial District, all courts required by this chapter shall comply with the regulations for such courts in the Business District.
