There shall be a Planning Board for the Township of Montague which shall be appointed pursuant to this Article and shall have such powers as are provided by N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. and by Chapter 10, Land Use Procedures, of the Municipal Code. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-25(c), the Planning Board shall also exercise, to the same extent and subject to the same restriction, all powers of a Board of Adjustment. The term "Planning Board" and "Land Use Board" are synonymous and shall be used hereinafter interchangeably.
