The township shall be divided into the following types of zoning
districts: RCD (Route 206 Center District), RCRD (Route 206 Center
Residential District), LWD (Live/Work District), MCD (Montague Center
District), TCD (Tri-State Center District), R-3, R-4 and R-5 Zones.

The boundaries of the districts are hereby established as shown
on the map entitled "Zoning," prepared by Harold E. Pellow & Associates
dated February 7, 2014, the same to become effective at such time
as it shall have been adopted.

District boundary lines are intended to follow street center
lines and lot or property lines as they existed as of the date of
enactment of this chapter unless otherwise indicated by dimensions
on the Zoning Map. The exact location of any disputed district boundary
line shall be determined by the Land Use Board upon proper application
made by any interested party.
