[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
Pursuant to the authority of P.L. 1975, c. 217,[1] as modified by P.L. 1996, c. 53, the Township hereby adopts
the model code of the National Fire Protection Association, known
as "The National Electrical Code 2017" as the electrical subcode for
New Jersey, subject to modifications stated within the regulations,
as promulgated by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of
Community Affairs.
