The Committee shall carry out the provisions of MGL c. 60, § 3D
to provide aid to elderly or disabled persons of low income to defray
real estate taxes. In doing so, the Committee may seek input from
the senior manager of other appropriate Town departments and committees,
such as the Council on Aging, Veterans, and Public Health Nurses.
