a.
License Required. No person shall engage, either as principal or
agent, in the production, distribution or sale of milk or cream in
the Borough without obtaining a license from the Board, upon application
therefore.
b.
License Fee; Term. The license fee for each wagon or vehicle used
in the distribution of milk or cream shall be $5 which shall be paid
by the person engaged in the distribution or sale of milk or cream.
Every such license shall expire on December 31 of the year of issuance,
unless sooner revoked.
