It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, furnish, transfer or provide any chemical irritant, device, canister, container or implement to a person under the age of 18 years within the limits of the Borough of Neptune City.
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or cause to be discharged within the limits of the Borough of Neptune City any chemical irritant not consistent with its lawful use.
