A.
The Village of Bloomfield provides cell phones to the Public Works
Department. These telephones are provided to enhance communication
of our staff with each other, as well as any other Village of Bloomfield
business-related activities.
B.
Each employee who carries a Village of Bloomfield cell phone is expected
to take good care of the phone, keep it charged, in good working order
and limit personal use.
C.
Cell phone bills are to be reviewed periodically to be sure that
use is consistent with the particular plan. If changes in plan are
needed it should be discussed with the Village Board.
