To establish a practical, efficient procedure for receiving
competitive quotes on municipal insurance.
The following steps must occur for the Village to accept an
insurance quote:
A.
Insurance agent must request, in writing, the specific information
and materials needed at least 30 days in advance.
B.
Insurance agent must provide a list of four or less companies for
which the bidder wishes to be broker of record.
C.
Agent must include, in writing, the rating of each of the companies listed in Subsection B above.
D.
Written quotes must be submitted six weeks prior to the expiration
of the existing insurance policies.
