Article I Cannabis Retail Dispensaries and On-Site Consumption Establishments Opt-Out

§ 75-1 Intent.

It is the intent of this article that the Village of South Floral Park opt out of hosting retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries. This article is adopted pursuant to New York State Cannabis Law § 131, which expressly authorizes a village to opt out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate and operate within its boundaries.

§ 75-2 Local opt-out.

The Village of South Floral Park opts out of licensing and establishing cannabis retail dispensaries and/or cannabis on-site consumption establishments within its boundaries.
