There shall be a Commission on Disability Access consisting
of five members and two alternate members, appointed by the Mayor,
with the approval by the City Council, for staggered three-year terms.
Said Commission has duties and responsibilities as delineated
in MGL c. 40, § 8J.
The ADA Coordinator, as appointed by the Mayor, shall be an
ex officio member.
