A. 
The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-13A,[1] any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

B. 
Pursuant to the Parking Offenses, Adjudication Act and specifically N.J.S.A. 39:4-139.13 thereof, impoundment or immobilization of a vehicle found within the jurisdiction of the Borough of Beach Haven is hereby authorized if there are any outstanding warrants against the vehicle.
C. 
The Department of Public Works of the Borough of Beach Haven shall, as the Borough Manager may from time to time direct, provide notice of municipal parking regulations, as the same exist or as may be modified, by the placement of parking signs in the usual style on public property subject of such parking regulations.

D. 
The Department of Public Works of the Borough of Beach Haven shall, as the Borough Manager may from time to time direct, provide notice of Borough parking regulations by placement of parking signs, as set forth in Subsection C hereof, on private property with the consent of the owner of such private property.

E. 
Failure to obey municipal parking and street signs erected by the Department of Public Works of the Borough of Beach Haven shall be a violation of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 199-25) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II (§ 199-26) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule III of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III (§ 199-27) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 199-28) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

In order to allow for curbside pickup for commercial establishments, the governing body may adopt a resolution designating time-limited parking in certain locations during the period of April 1 to November 1. In any such designated time-limited parking space, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than 15 minutes, which shall be enforceable in the same manner as, and subject to the same penalties provided by, § 199-6 of this chapter.
A. 
Commercial establishments may apply to the Borough for designating such time-limited spaces pursuant to a process established by the Borough Manager;
B. 
Any designated time-limited parking space shall be demarcated by the Borough, and signage, in a form approved by the Borough, shall be erected by the approved applicant; and
C. 
The Borough shall post the annual resolution designated such time-limited parking spaces in the location in Borough Hall designated for public notices.
No person shall park a vehicle other than in the center of the roadway and entirely within a space marked for such purpose upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 199-29) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time during the periods of the year specified upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule VI (§ 199-30) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

A. 
No construction vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) in excess of 10,000 pounds, nor any construction trailer (open or enclosed) nor any construction equipment shall be parked on any public street in the Borough of Beach Haven after or before the following hours:
(1) 
After 7:00 p.m. local time prevailing;
(2) 
Prior to 7:00 a.m. local time prevailing;
(3) 
On Sunday at any time.
B. 
Exemption. Any motor vehicle, duly registered, as identified above shall be exempt from the requirements of Subsection A if the vehicle is parked contiguous to the registered owner's property.
C. 
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall on the first offense be fined not less than $100 nor more than $250; for a second offense, not less than $250 nor more than $500; and for a third or subsequent offense not less than $500 nor more than $1,000.

No person shall park a vehicle other than parallel to the curbline upon any street or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 199-31) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.

No person shall park a vehicle other than on an angle on the roadway and entirely within the space marked for such purpose upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 199-32) attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
B. 
No person shall back a vehicle into an angled parking space upon any streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 199-32).

No person shall park a vehicle other than perpendicular to the curbline and entirely within the space marked for such purpose upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVI (§ 199-39A) incorporated herein by reference.
