This Declaration, made this 25th day of March 2024, by the City
of Sikeston, hereinafter referred to as the "City."
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the City of Sikeston, Missouri, is the owner of that
certain tract of real property generally situated in New Madrid County,
City of Sikeston, Missouri, and being more particularly described
on Exhibit "A"[1] which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
(the "property"); and
WHEREAS, the property is being developed and platted as the
South Industrial Park to be known as "South Industrial Park" and the
City desires to establish and secure the enforcement of uniform protective
covenants upon the use and development of lots, parcels and tracts
within the South Industrial Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, by this instrument (the "Declaration") there
are created, declared and established in South Industrial Park, Sikeston,
Missouri, the following protective covenants, easements, reservations
and requirements upon the lands within such industrial park, which
protective covenants, easements, reservations and requirements shall
run with the land and remain in full force and effect.
