All public parks located within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown shall be open and available for use by the general public between the hours of 7:00 in the morning, prevailing time, until 11:00 in the evening, prevailing time.
No person shall be in or upon any public park located within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown between the hours of 11:00 in the evening, prevailing time, until 7:00 the following morning, prevailing time; provided, however, that the provisions of this article shall not apply to any activity specifically authorized by the Town Council of Georgetown, upon application.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
