It shall be unlawful for any person to play or participate in the playing
of horseshoes or ball games or similar type games in or upon the Circle or
Wilson Park; provided, however, that the provisions of this article shall
not apply to any activity authorized or permitted by the Town Council of the
Town of Georgetown.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not less than $10 nor more than $50 or imprisoned not more than 10 days, or
both, and shall pay the cost of prosecution.
