A. 
Fee schedule.
(1) 
The fee schedule for one job permits shall be as set forth in the fee schedule to be established by resolution of the Common Council of this City.[1]

(2) 
The fees specified herein shall be amended from time to time by resolution of the Common Council of the City of Kingston.
B. 
The applicant must produce a copy of their Class A Master Electrician License.

Documentation from licensing agency that license is active and in good standing.

D. 
Documentation from licensing agency that they agree to reciprocate with us.

E. 
One job permits are issued for one job - one location only and one at a time.

F. 
Must produce certificates of insurance.

(1) 
Liability (listing City of Kingston as additional insured).
(2) 
Workers' compensation and disability insurance (Those with no workers' compensation and/or disability insurance must provide exempt certificates according to General Municipal Laws 57 and 220).
G. 
Upon completion of the one job permit, the office of the Fire Chief and/or the Building Department must receive a copy of the final inspection from one of the approved agencies on the City of Kingston list.

There shall be a fine plus the permit fee as set forth in the fee schedule to be established by resolution of the Common Council of this City.[1]
