Any person or persons violating the provisions of the foregoing section shall be deemed disorderly persons, under and by virtue of the provisions of the Charter of said City, and shall be liable to summary arrest therefor, and subject to a fine not to exceed $5, upon proof, produced before the City Judge of said City, of such violation, and to imprisonment in default of payment of such fine.

It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of Public Works at or before the season of snow in each year, to post two or more copies of this article in such streets as are affected thereby.
