Restrictions for commercial properties.

Restrictions for commercial properties.
All commercial properties, as defined in §
142-2
, shall collect and store all garbage or refuse in metal, plastic or approved equivalent watertight containers. All containers must have covers and shall be kept clean and sanitary.
