Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed
former Ch. 19, Municipal Authority, adopted 5-24-1954 by Ord. No.
185, approved 5-24-1954, as amended.
On this 15th day of June 2005, it is hereby ordained by a majority vote of Council at its duly advertised public meeting that the certificate of termination attached hereto as Exhibit A be approved, executed and delivered to Pennsylvania's Department of State for processing and thereafter recorded at the Beaver County Recorder of Deeds. Furthermore, Chapter 19 of the Borough Code shall be amended to reflect the same.
