It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in drinking any alcoholic beverage, including but not limited to wine, malt, beer or other brewed beverages, liquor or whiskey, or any combination thereof, upon any of the streets, highways, alleys, parks, ballfields, recreational areas, commons, unoccupied lots of land or in unoccupied buildings within the Borough of Conway.
Any persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine in the minimum amount of $25 and a maximum amount of $300 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall undergo imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
