ARTICLE I
Commission (§ 50-1)

§ 50-1
Amount. 

The commission to be paid to the Real Estate Tax Collector for the collection of Borough real estate taxes from and after January 1, 2002, shall be as follows: for all taxes collected at discount or at face, a commission of 4%; for all taxes collected after the date when a penalty shall be added thereto, a commission of 5%.
